-toasted pita with cheese, fried eggwhite, lettuce and yellow mustard
-Chia seed pudding with kiwi
Lunch:
-shrimp veggi soup with cinnamon, salt paper  
-homemade whole wheat bread with sesame oil hot sauce spread
Dinner:shrimp salad with homemade salad dressing
Sesame oil + salt+paper +Apple cider+brown rice syrup+cinnamon
