Morning:
-chia seeds pudding with cinnamon and ginger powder
-pita with eggwhite lettuce dressing with yellow mustard

Lunch
-spinach eggwhite omelette
-veggie soup seasoning with nutritional yeast

Dinner
-homemade wholewheat bread with mayo spread, topping with yeast and mozzarella
-Spinach almond smoothie with coconut flakes
