Day #11 one of the struggling days
I only reach to around 26g of natural sugar. But I over eat too much.
My day start with regular pita and coffee.
But I was emotional craving for food. Instead of sugar, I ended up with more pitas, chicken fillets, buns, turkey hot dogs.
And protein bars
AND coffee with whole milk.
Thank God I didn't eat the sugar cookies which right in front of me on the shelf.
But I am super full.
No food for the rest of day pls. And I need to go to wholefoods to buy the aloe Vera to digest my sodium.
I bet the struggles will arrive soon.
