day#12 the balancing out day
I decided to balance the food from what I had eaten yesterday
So I ran 6 miles and then didn't eat anything u till 12pm
One protein bar, two slices of homemade bread (sort of failed bread) and lot of aloe Vera water
Then I fried the mochi cake for paul, I tasted two pieces. BUT it contains honey. So I did touch the sugar.
Then I bought a big size of black coffee from Dukin donuts
The day is done, no more eating!!!
