笔记。550g收拾好的去头小黄鱼,盐腌制,加鸡蛋炸(不易酥,之前只加淀粉的都炸烂了。30g糖,30g生抽,45g醋,60g白水调汁,鱼炸好后油倒掉留少量底油下汁烧开下雨收汁出锅,甜酸适中,好吃
