it's necessary to make some meal prep cause the temperature of the those day is too high.
So today i cooked quinoa salad with onion, cucumber 🥒,mushrooms,tomatoes and dried beans.
And add some berries ,sunflower seeds and avocado for breakfast [喵喵]I am smart !
