面包🍞吐司
周末烘焙时间又来了!
今天初次尝试制作鼠尾草洋葱手撕圆餐包(Sage and Onion 'Tear and Share'),参考菜谱是BBC Hairy Biker's the Best of British ep2第一道菜!
买到新鲜的鼠尾草🌿 用黄油跟细细的洋葱颗粒、蒜粒炒在一起,然后卷进充分发酵的面团里。烘焙时满屋飘满充满怀旧温暖气息的鼠尾草香(*´∀`)面团发起,侧面相互黏在一起,变成了好兄弟,头上一起被烤成酥脆的金黄色[爱心]手撕一个,加上淡盐黄油,感受黄油和鼠尾草香气、蜂窝状地柔软面团在嘴里融化的感觉...再用胶囊咖啡机来杯拿铁玛奇朵[可怜]哇塞,生命太美好了 #面包🍞吐司# #下午茶#
菜谱如下,习惯写英语~( ̄▽ ̄~)~迟点写中文再发布
1. 150ml milk+ 150ml water boil to lukewarm
2. 400g flour + 1 tsp salt + 1 tsp sugar + 1 sachet of yeast mix together
3. mix the liquid and flour mix, knead, and let it raise for 1 hour+
4. butter, vegetable oil, onion, garlic fry together, add sage and some black pepper, let it cool
5. blend the flour and the veggie mix together, make 8 small dough, raise for another 20 minutes
6. shape again, use milk to coat the top, and stick a sage leaf on top
7. pre-heat oven to 190℃, bake for 20 minutes.
