一定不会失败的传统法国crêpes 可丽饼

Still tackling those leftover crepe batter and goat cheese bechamel.
Gotta finish to make room for our new house mate in the fridge.
Interestingly whenever i have a food surplus i get a little anxious feeling like i wont be able to go thru the groceries in time.
This crepe has pan fried italian sausage with onion, tomato and green pepper as fillings, topped with a runny fried egg and left over bechamel. Solid flavor#早餐•2020年8月30日#
