My new found inspo for workout now - is this.
Elmhurst’s chocolate oat as base, add a bit hemp milk (or any milk in my fridge), a splash of half& half, as much cacao powder as wish, and honey. BLEND. then heat until it bubbles.
Then - Voilà! To my thigh muscle that’s shaking involuntarily post-workout: you’re going to like this.
