纯素. Japchae
Sauce:
soy sauce 3.5 Tbsp
brown sugar 3 Tbsp
sesame oil 2 Tbsp
roasted sesame seeds 1 Tbsp
Ingredients:
Glass noodles
Inari sushi pockets
Shiitake mushrooms
Carrots
Spinach
Bean sprouts
1. cut shiitake mushrooms, carrots and inari sushi pockets into strips.
2. combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well until the sugar is dissolved.
3. boil water and cook the glass noodles until completely translucent and soft, drain in a strainer and rinse under cold running water.
4. roughly cut the noodles with a pair of kithen shears, mix well with 3 Tbsp of the prepared sauce.
5. boil water and blanch the spinach until wilted, drain quickly and shock in cold water, squeeze out water and lightly season with salt.
6. heat 1/2 Tbsp of oil, stir-fry the glass noodles until translucent and a bit sticky (about 4 mins).
7. heat 1/2 Tbsp of oil, stir-fry shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and bean sprouts, add 3 Tbsp of sauce.
8. add everything to the mixing bowl and toss well.
