Banana oat pancakes

Been eyeing this recipe for a while and finally got to make it with my two super spotted bananas! After debating if I want this or banana bread, naturally...

Super easy: all ingredients in my tiny ninja & on the griddle. This recipe produced 8 pancakes. Entire apartment smells delicious.

Doesn’t need added sugar. I plan to have them with fruit butter and cacao nibs a bit later. Should I make matcha latte too since the blender is already out?
