减脂餐👉低脂低卡‼️无油无糖的南瓜派

7寸烤盘 所有用量加倍

crust:
加了25g brown sugar
bake: 370F (350F)8min+7min

Pumpkin:
蒸的时候有478g 上汽后蒸25min
(南瓜不够烂还应该蒸久一些)
(取出100g南瓜泥因为还要做面包)
又加了少许水微波2min

puree:
25g coconut flour + 15g低粉 + 26g brown sugar + 2 eggs 感觉有些太稠了

bake:370F(350F) 15min+15min

确实是很健(干)康(瘪)的口感🤣
如果没加糖我应该吃不下
