纯素. Chili

1 Tbsp vegetable oil
-- heat a large pot on medium-high heat
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp chili flakes
-- cook for 3-5 mins, or until lightly golden
1 Tbsp ground cumin
1/2 Tbsp dried oregano
1/2 Tbsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
-- add to the pot, stir continuously for 30-60 s to toast the spices
2 1/2 cups water
4 tomatoes, chopped
-- add to the pot, cover, and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, and let it simmer for 10 mins
1 can black beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 can corn
-- add to the pot, cover again and allow to simmer for an additional 10 mins
lime
unsweetened soy yogurt
-- squeeze over some fresh lime juice, add toppings
