Saw these crystal dumplings on the app and I've always wanted a hand at these translucent skins. Turned out deliciously chewy, I only wish that I'm better at shaping them and that the pleats don't taste too thick 🥺

The savoury filling I used scrambled eggs, chives, carrots, scallions and mashed raw fish seasoned with pepper, wine, sesame oil, fish sauce and chicken stock powder.

The sweet ones I put in a round of banana and a blob of sweet red paste. 🤭
