Wednesday night after work dinner. with pre prepped beef Wellington parcel I made on Sunday. Kept chilled in the fridge, baked in a 180°C oven for about 1 hr.
Perhaps I should've cooked it fresh or baked it less to keep it pink 🥲 but I was so anxious about it not being hot enough on the inside.
Oh wells next time 🥹
