Quinoa Soup的做法步骤

步骤 1

Cut all meat and vegetables into small cubes. Cut garlic and ginger. Take a pot and add some water and a jar of beans. Bring to boil.

步骤 2

Stirfry meat with garlic and ginger, then add mushroom and then vegetable cubes. Stirfry a while but stop before the vegetables get fully soften. Add some Italian dry herb and mix well.

步骤 3

Transfer all the stuff to the boiling pot. Add a little bit of black pepper powder. Add quinoa. Boil for 10-15 min.

步骤 4

Add salt and it is ready!
