Focaccia 500g 高粉 1 teaspoon salt in 325ml warm water/ milk + 7g yeast in 1 tablespoon of olive oil 揉十分钟 盖湿布,发酵1h,till double in size 烤盘底部撒一点盐,抹橄榄油(香草或蒜泥) 放入面团,再次倒 a couple of teaspoons olive oil (香草或蒜泥)在表面,手指按压 放小🍅 新鲜rosemary (如果是干的要先拌油) 盖湿布,二次发酵45min 表面再撒一点点海盐 200度,20-25min 出炉,再次放干净olive oil
