Shrimp Cakes 虾饼的做法步骤

步骤 1

Mix all the ingredients, expect butter and oil together in a bowl to form a batter. With a one ounce scoop form the cakes and arrange on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Allow cakes to cool and harden in the walk-in for about 20-30 minutes. 将所有材料除蔬菜油和黄油外混合形成面团。用分量勺分出一个虾饼的量放在铺好烘焙纸的烤盘上,手上擦蔬菜油搓成圆形,放入冰箱中20-30分钟。

步骤 2

Heat butter and oil in a saute pan. Sear the cakes on each side until golden brown and cooked through in the middle. Finish in the oven if necessary. 将蔬菜油和黄油入锅加热,将虾饼煎成金黄色,如果中间未熟可以放入烤箱中烤熟。

步骤 3

Serve with Hollandaise sauce and steamed asparagus. 将虾饼与荷兰酱和芦笋一起摆盘。
