步骤 1

豆角洗净用开水煮一下,开水里放少些盐,煮至差不多熟时捞出,过凉水控干备用。 Wash the green beans and blanch them in boiling water. Add a small amount of salt to the boiling water. Boil until the green beans are almost cooked, then remove and rinse with cold water. Drain the water and set aside.
