步骤 1

Chop (mince) shallot, spring onion and garlic and place in a nonstick large pot. Put generous amount of olive oil (very important, generous amount) in pot. Add 1tbsp sugar and 1-2tbsp soy sauce.

步骤 2

Heat over medium to low heat for 2-3 min to release fragrance but do not burn the seasoning.

步骤 3

Add the beans. Stir and cover the pot. Let the beans steam in their own juice for 5min. Stir. Cover again for 2-3min. Stir again and decide whether to cover again for 2min. Serve when beans are wrinkled but not burnt.
