make the dough and rest for 15 mins
make filling
after rest, knead the dough and rest for 10 mins
poke a hole in the center, shape into a log, then cut into individual servings you want if divide to 8, ~ 20 g for each serving - i tried to divide to 12, no need to be super identical in size
knead into a ball sequentially, then knead for the second time sequentially
roll into a circular sheet (thicker center and thinner edges)
- for each pair of sheets, brush water around ONLY the edge - add in the filling (could also add chocolate chips) - pinch the edges together - gently use rolling pin to further seal the edge
rest for 10 -15 mins
optional: press pattern on top
bake at 392 F for 10 mins, turn off the bottom heat (I turn to 350 F) for another 10 mins
