步骤 1

食材超简单:建议到菜市场买新鲜面条(很便宜哦,2-3元吃到饱!)西红柿切丁备用。 Ingredients are super simple: I recommend going to the market to buy fresh noodles (very cheap, only 2-3 yuan for a satisfying meal!). Prepare diced tomatoes.

步骤 2

凉锅热油,先倒入鸡蛋翻炒成型后加入西红柿丁煸炒熬出有番茄汁的状态(如图所示)。 Heat up the wok and pour in hot oil. Stir-fry the beaten eggs until they are shaped, then add diced tomatoes and stir-fry until they release tomato juice, as shown in the picture.

步骤 3

锅内加入适量热水,开锅后加入鲜面条和少量盐。 Add some hot water to the pot, and when it boils, add fresh noodles and a pinch of salt.
