步骤 1

一把香菜,切断;细馓子一把。 Cut a bunch of coriander into pieces; add a handful of vermicelli.

步骤 2

调料汁:盐+味精+白砂糖+米醋+香油+水 Seasoning sauce: salt + monosodium glutamate + granulated sugar + rice vinegar + sesame oil + water.

步骤 3

先放入香菜拌均,再放入馓子(手握碎)拌均即可装盘。 First, put in the cilantro and mix well, then put in the broken patties and mix well before serving.
