melt butter and add in the dough squeeze in ~ 1 min throw the dough for 5 mins
rest for 1h
---- shape add some oil on the dough and the cutting board spread the dough and roll into 1/2 inch thick (could be thicker since we are using the air fryer) shape with the luggo cup
rest 20-30 mins
----- air fryer 350F for 3 mins on each side (grease the pan!)
