saute sauce 1. mince garlic, ginger, onion 2. on the hot pan, add oil and turn to low heat, add in all minced garlic, ginger, and onion 3. add in either chopped 剁椒,or 蒜蓉辣酱 4. pour in shao-xing, soy sauce, and oyster sauce
place vermicelli at bottom place shrimp above pour on the sauce steam for 5 mins (instant release) w/ cold water to start // (maybe 3 mins with natural release)
