3/4 cup green olive, 1/2 cup basil, 2Lb potato and 1lb tomato. Add oil, salt and pepper and toss.
Tuck the fish with the veggies. Roasted at 215C for 40 min. Serve with fresh roasted pinuts (3 min with some oil)
