Originally for 10 buns --- we make 8 buns.
flour 260g
Milk powder 15g — skip or use condensed milk to sub
sugar 30g
Instant yeast 3g
Salt 3g
Egg 45g
Water 115g — Change to 85 g water when egg was 55 g ---- total liquid = 140 g
-------- 5/4/2024: used 115g milk to sub water, but dough too sticky so added 2 spoonfuls of flour
Unsalted butter (soften) 30g
Filling
* CURRENT: 8 buns: 120g ham, 60g cheese, 40g cream cheese, 60 g corn ----- 35g filling per bun
[ for 12 buns: 180g ham, 90g cheese, 60g cream cheese, 90g corn --- 35g filling per bun]
* for 8 buns, Did 120 g ham, 90 g of cheese, 60 g of mayo, and ?? g of corn
original filling for above dough
Ham/canadian bacon 80 g -- too little for someone's taste, so we upped all to 120g for 8 buns
Shredded cheese 80g
Corn kernels 50g

-3/9/2024: didn't score, bake at 350F for 18 mins, flipped upside down in a turned-off oven for 2 mins
- 2/8/2025: 350F for 29 mins, in dumpling shape
- 4/12/2025: bake at 355F for 23 mins
-6/7/2025: bake at 365F for 21.5 mins
