https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aJlAR2Qbly8 this makes 9 breads (3 big that's two in each, 3 small; but I just did 9 small) 🎈酸奶中种: 酸奶80克 干酵母粉1克. --- 1/4 tsp 高筋面粉100克 🎈酸奶馅: 鸡蛋1只 细砂糖40克 无糖酸奶200克 牛奶或奶油30克 -- used evaporated milk 玉米淀粉25克 奶粉8克 --- used soy milk powder 🎈主面团: 高筋粉170克 低筋粉30克 糖60克 盐5克 鸡蛋40克 -- used evaporated milk instead 牛奶100-120克. ---- used 80g, still sticky, but could use parchment paper to help shaping on the silicone mat 干酵母粉2克 酸奶中种面团全部 黄油30克 🎈酥粒:--- skipped 黄油30克 砂糖30克 低筋粉30克

divide into 9 and roll up, rest for 20 mins; then shape - orig recipe did 6 75g larger ball and 3 65g smaller ball; two larger ball makes into one braid. it was too sticky so I divide into 9 in general - super sticky, didn't get to ball up and rest; worked on the silicone mat and used parchment paper instead of hands to shape
