简单介绍一下鸡油菌,又称鸡油菇,是一种野生的香菇外表呈现黄色,这种香菇同松露,羊肚菌一样珍贵。内富含蛋白质,铜,钾,锌,硒和维生素B群丰富的营养。Chanterelle is among the most popularly eaten species of wild mushrooms. They are orange, yellow or white, meaty and funnel-shaped. They are a great source of protein, copper, potassium, zinc, selenium and B vitamins.

步骤 1

把鸡油菌切丁.Cut the chanterelle in tiny pieces.

把菠菜切丁. Cut the spinach in tiny pieces too.

将两样食材都放进碗里. Put it in the bowl.

加入蛋,牛肉,黑胡椒和盐. Add eggs, beef, black pepper and salt.

搅拌均匀. Stir it.

打开中火后倒入橄榄油,然后将所有的食材倒入锅中. Turn on middle heat and add some olive oil in the pan. Then put everything in the pan.

在蛋表面加上些许的奇异籽. Add the chia seeds on the top of the egg.

蓋上鍋蓋,煎3分鐘. Cover the cap and wait for three minutes

将蛋翻面. 蛋煎到呈现焦黄色最佳 (只有比较酥脆,不是烧焦喔)Turn the side of the egg. It's better to fried the egg a little brownish (to make sure it's crunchy)

切块后,放入盘内就可以上桌咯. Cut in pieces and it's done.
