- Heat 800ml peanut oil to 400F 加热花生油到204摄氏度 - Fry the potato strips for 50 seconds (separate into two batches: 1 potato amount for each batch) 油炸土豆条50秒钟(分成两批完成,相当于每一个土豆的量放一批)
- Drain the oil 沥干油 - Cool down 放凉 - Freeze the potato strips overnight or at least two hours 冰冻初炸的土豆条,至少2小时,最好能过夜。
- No need to thaw the frozen potato strips 复炸前才将冰冻薯条拿出冰箱,无需解冻。
- Heat peanut oil on high to 400F 花生油加热到204摄氏度 - Deep fry the frozen potato strips for 2 to 3 minutes 直接将冰冻薯条放进油里炸2至3分钟
- Remove the French fries from oil 捞出薯条 - Drain the oil 沥干油 - Sprinkle sea salt to taste 立即撒上盐
