☘️Making Poolish
Bakers flour 50g
Water 50ml
Dry yeast 1g
☘️Main Dough
Bakers flour 210g
Milk 70ml ----- used 50 ml this time
Milk powder 15g. ---- sub with cream cheese
Dry yeast 3g. ---- used only 2 g (1/2 tsp) b/c proofing overnight
Caster sugar 40g
Salt 2g
Egg(with shell) 55g
Poolish 100g
Unsalted Butter (softened) 25g
☘️Unsalted butter (melted) 5g for brushing
** Preheat the oven to 190C/375F
** Bake at 190C/375F for 30 mins

make poolish, rest overnight

divide into 3, roll into balls. ---- rest 15 mins
roll out the dough into oblong, pop air bubbles ---- rest 10 mins with seam at bottom
roll into an oblong shape with similar width of the loaf pan, roll up and put in a greased pan
proof for 1 hour (1.5 hour if taken from the fridge)

bake at 375F for 30 mins (last 20 mins with aluminum cover)
*7/30/2023: baked at 430F for 25 mins (could be less, tested at 20 mins and the temp is 87 C -- goal is 91 C)
