3g salt,
8g milk powder, --- skipped
160g milk, ---- used 130 g milk and a splash to dissolve tea poweder
20g butter,
1 pack of Earl Gray or black tea powder if only make 2 of them tea flavored
filling for tea bread:
200 grams of cream cheese, 10-15 grams of sugar, 1/4 orange zest,
filling for the original bread:
peanut butter and cream cheese.
Bake: middle and lower layers of the oven, raise the heat to 200 degrees, lower the heat to 180C/356F and bake for 12 minutes
