秋葵嫩豆腐 Okra Soft Tofu的做法步骤

步骤 1

调料用量勺量好,若是没有海苔丝可把1片寿司海苔取1/8用厨房剪刀剪成海苔丝。 Measure up seasonings by measuring spoons. If there is no sea sedge shreds, you can take 1/8 slice of sushi sea sedge and cut it into sea sedge shreds with kitchen scissors.

步骤 2

2. 将盐洒在在秋葵上,再用小麦秸秆竹炭牙刷搓洗其表面。 Sprinkle salt on okra and clean the surface with wheat stalks bamboo charcoal toothbrush.

大火煮沸一锅水,将秋葵放入烫三分钟。 Boil a pot of water by high heat and use it to cook the okra for three minutes.

步骤 4

捞出秋葵放凉。把豆腐切成方片摆盘。将醋,生抽,糖倒在小碗中搅拌均匀。 Fish out the okra and let it cool down. Cut the tofu into square slices. Pour vinegar, light soy sauce and sugar in a small bowl and stir evenly.

秋葵切片,摆在豆腐片上方,撒上海苔丝,淋上酱料,再撒上白芝麻。 Cut okra into slices, placed them on the tofu, sprinkle the sea sedge shreds on the top, pour the sauce and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
