- In a large size wok, saute ginger, garlic and scallion white in 1 tbsp oil on medium heat 大炒锅里热1汤勺食用油,中火炒香葱姜蒜 - dried red pepper is optional (spicy) 喜辣的可以放入红辣椒一同煸炒 - Add 3 tbsp sugar (rock candy), stir fry until the sugar melt 倒入3汤勺冰糖翻炒直至糖化出糖色
- Transfer sautéed beef chunks to the wok, mix well 煎炸过的牛腱肉倒入大炒锅,和葱姜蒜一同煸炒至糖色包裹 - Add onion to the wok, mix well. 加入洋葱块翻炒 - Add 90ml red wine, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce 倒入90毫升红酒,3汤勺酱油和1汤勺蚝油,翻炒匀
Add and mix well 加入后翻炒 - Tomato chunks 番茄块 - 1 can 15oz tomato sauce 一罐(425克)纯蕃茄酱(没有其他添加)
Transfer to Instant Pot Select Meat Stew setting (30 minute on high) 换锅放入压力锅,高热上汽煮半小时
Keep in the Instant Pot 留在压力锅里 Add potato and carrot chunks 加入土豆和胡萝卜块 Select Saute setting for 15min on high, stir occasionally, 选煸炒设定,高热15分钟,期间适当翻炒
