mix all ingredients for the dough
roughly make into a dough
measure out butter and let the dough rest for 20 mins before kneading

knead the dough till butter is incorporated

make coconut filling
leave in fridge (optimally for 30 mins) to harden it

divide the dough, make into a sheet, wrap in the coconut filling like a baozi
步骤 7
flatten all the balls into a rectangle
fold twice
cut along the long side to make a heart shape
步骤 9
bake at 340F for 22 - 25 mins
