鸡翅中洗净后从中间切开,更加容易入味
鸡翅里面加入姜末,蒜末,料酒,生抽,老抽,蚝油,盐,糖,胡椒粉和红薯淀粉
抓匀后腌制30分钟以上
准备一些新鲜毛豆仁, 香菇提前泡软后洗净切条, 小米辣切小圈圈,不吃辣可以省略~
把香菇和毛豆仁铺在盘底,上面放上鸡翅,撒上小米辣 (最好用平盘,鸡翅也尽量平铺,更容易熟透入味哦)
放入蒸锅,中大火蒸20分钟即可⏰
